Ultra Low Temperature Refrigeration Unit

KHAKKA cascade refrigeration unit is composed of high temperature and low temperature part. The low temperature section

provides the required cryogenic ability which adopts R13 or R23 low temperature refrigerants. However, condensing temperature of such kind

of requirements are very low, so it's very difficult to condese with cooling water under the same pressure high temperature parts used the

middle temperature refrigerant for circulation, and its function is to condense low temperature refrigerant. High temperature and low

temperature part share an evaporative condenser, which is called"cascade", thus forming a cascade refrigeration cycle with two kinds of

refrigerant.

The cascade cryogenic refrigeration unit is an important equipment in the production process of chemical reactors and pharmaceutical

termediate. It requires a liquid output temperature of-40℃ to -80℃. The unit refrigeration capacity ranges from 3kw to 700kW. It is widely used

in pharmaceuticals, aerospace, militarry, petroleum, Chemicals, light industry, scientific research, food cryogenic freezing and other processes

require low-temperature cooling and freezing industries, and are also used in low-temperature cold sources for cryogenic laboratories.
